Custom Orders

*All orders to be picked up by customer in Strathroy or at events we are participating in* 

Shipping available upon special request. DM/Email for rates specific to your location and item. Shipping will be provided through Canada Post.

1. Check items listed on Instagram to be sure the item you're ordering is customizable. It will be specifically noted as such by *CUSTOMIZABLE* at the bottom of each posted item.

2. DM on Instagram or E-mail (designsbyjacquilines@gmail.com) to confirm custom order details.

3. Send deposit (e-transfer to designsbyjacquilines@gmail.com). ALL orders will require a minimum deposit of 50% while others may require FULL payment upon ordering. All customized items are subject to their own varying prices depending upon material, supplies, etc. 

Prices will be confirmed with you prior to the start of any custom pieces and designing will not begin until deposit/payment is received.

4. Confirm pickup date and time. Depending upon the item you ordered, design and creation time may take a couple weeks. Please keep in mind we will provide you with an estimated completion time when ordering. If you need your item for a specific date please make sure to let us know when initially ordering!

As noted previously some custom orders will require full payment before creation begins.
